Restrictions on the collection of water from natural rainfall will be repealed, and access to natural waterways and a fair share based on the needs of the land or stock utilising the lands will be entrenched into the rights of landowners.
The ability to buy and sell water (which is constitutionally banned) will be removed entirely, and all water trading will be ended.
